Daily rates include:
- Transportation from the nearest airport, to and from the hunting area.
- Services of a licensed professional hunter and 4x4 vehicles.
- Accommodation and laundry.
- Water, non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages in moderation.
- Preparation and preservation of trophies.
- Catering, trackers, skinners and camp staff.
Daily rates exclude:
- Trophy fees for game taken or wounded. ( except stated animals in a package )
- Transfers of trophies to taxidermy
- Taxidermy fees: Packing, dipping and shipping to final destination
- Hotel charges before and after contracted safari period – if required
- Air charters if required
- Change of hunting area -$ 150 per hunter – if required
- Transfers to and from Johannesburg International Airport and hunting aria: $ 350 / hunter (except in packages)
- Approx $ 10 - $ 20 / day for camp staff, trackers and skinners
- Approx $ 20 - $ 40 / day for your PH
- Bait fees on cat hunts
- Hiring of firearms - $ 90 / per day
- Ammunition per round less than .375 - $4.00
- Ammunition per round .375 and up - $15.00
Bookings & Payment
We require 50% deposit of the total daily rate or a 50% deposit on a package, to confirm your booking. The balance, together with your trophy fees, is payable at the end of your safari. In the event of cancellation the following is required:
- Cancellation; 9 months before the hunt 25% of the deposit will be forfeited
- If cancelled less than 9 months before hunt, your deposit is forfeited unless rebooked.
Payments only in the form of electronic bank transfers, cash or travelers cheques
Banking details will be supplied with booking confirmation

Night Hunt
Night Hunts are available upon request for a minimum fee of $ 400. Some animals are better hunted at night.

The above animal prices differ from area to area and they need Permits for export and/or Cities permits. Therefore we have some on Price on Request.

Liability
While every effort will be made to insure the client’s safety, NO responsibility whatsoever will be accepted for any accident, injury illness or loss whatsoever, nor any expense arising from such accidents, injury, illness or loss. It will be expected from the client to sign an indemnity form before the safaris starts.
Insurance
We strongly suggest hunters to take out travel- cancellations and personal insurance, hunting can be a dangerous activity. All hunters will be expected to sign an agreement / hunting contract as part of the booking of the hunt. This will also include an indemnity against Inyala Hunting & Outfitting Safaris, or anyone working for them.
