DAILY RATES

All prices listed are indications only and may change without prior notice.
Prices subject to availability, season, size and exchange rate fluctuations.

Daily rates include:

• Service of experience professional hunter, trackers and skinners, camp personnel and hunting vehicle.
• Accommodation, meals, beverages on hunting vehicle and daily laundry services
• Field preparation of trophies and hunting permits
• Transport in safari area
•  Transportation from the nearest airport, to and from the hunting area. Package hunts only
• Bird Boys ( wing shooting only)
• We have three 12ga shot guns available ( wing shooting only)
• 250 -1 000 rounds (12ga shotgun) depending on the size of the group and days booked.

Daily rates exclude:

• Trophy fees for game taken or wounded.
• Taxidermy fees: Dip & Packing and shipping to final destination
• Transfers of trophies to taxidermy $ 150
• Hotel charges before and after contracted safari period – if required
• Air charters if required
• Change of hunting area -$ 500/ hunter –if required
• $ 15 per client medical air-rescue cover ( Zimbabwe)
• Transfers to and from Johannesburg International Airport to SA  hunting aria: $ 350 / person
• Approx - $ 10 - $ 20 / day for camp staff, trackers and skinners
• Approx - $ 20 - $ 40 / day for your PH
• Bait fees on cat hunts
• Hire of fire arm $ 90
• Ammo per round less than 375 $ 4
• Ammo per round 375 up $ 15
• The client will be responsible for any damage on the rifle and scope and will pay the replacement value.

• Bow hunting permit $ 1500 ( Zimbabwe)
• Bird licence $ 200/ safari ( Zimbabwe)
• Trained dogs for leopard hunt ( Zimbabwe)
• Scout fees when hunting in National parks $ 200/ day
• Admin fee $ 220 special permits and TR2 permit ( Zimbabwe)
• Night hunting $ 100 per vehicle
• Trips away from hunting (sightseeing or shopping)
• Trained dogs for Wing Shooting

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS

All prices are quoted in US Dollars
A deposit of 50% based on the daily rate is required to confirm a hunt
Deposits are not refundable
The balance of the daily rate must be settled on arrival in Bulawayo
Accounts must settle in full prior to departure as this is a government requirement in terms of legislation.

Note

As we operate on a quota system please advice what trophies are required on booking.  Where an animal is wounded or lost it will be charged for at full trophy fee, should a second trophy be required it will be granted subject to availability. Not all species are available in one area and depending on what trophies are required it may be necessary to move camp.

Terms and conditions on Package Hunt and Normal hunt

• 100% of the package is required on all hunts booked a year in advance to fix the package at the quoted price equivalent to the rand price as quoted.
• 50% is required on all packages hunted in the same year as quoted equivalent to the rand price as quoted.
• 50% of the daily rate is required on all normal hunts confirmed as per the safari dates requested.
• The balance of the daily rate, packages, Government fees and gun permits must be paid at least 60 days before the commencement of the safari.
• A deposit for trophy fees of   $……………… shall also be paid before the  start of the hunt.
• Once a deposit has been paid for the safari you have agreed to all the terms and conditions listed in this contract.  If we don’t receive payment as per the above conditions i.e. if the second payment (balance) isn’t paid 60 days before the commencement of the safari we will consider the safari cancelled. Payment dates can be altered per written agreement by both parties.
• The client will be responsible for the bank charges of 1.5%, which is calculated per value of transaction.  This fee is   applicable to hunts conducted in neighbouring counties of South Africa (Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Botswana, and Mozambique).
• All payments will be made in cash. We regret, no personal checks will be accepted.
• Credit cards payments are welcome in South Africa ( master of visa cards only)
• Please confirm with your bank the daily limit on your card before you come to South Africa
• All credit cards payments will be done 3 days before the safari ends there will be a 5% bank charge on credit card payments and the client will be responsible for those charges.
• All credit card payments will be straight on the credit card NO budgets accounts will be allowed.
• Credit card need be with you  when we do the payment we can do transactions up to $90 000
• All prices quoted are based on the ZAR/USD or ZAR/Euro exchange rate at the time of payment.
• We reserve the right to adjust the rate accordingly.
• Cancellation Policy in normal conditions. If a safari is cancelled within 365 days before the commencement date then 100% of the deposit will be refunded. If it is cancelled 180 days before the commencement date 50% of the deposit will be refunded unless the client concerned books another client in his place. If the safari is cancelled less than 60 days before commencement date there will be no refund.  If the client is a no show he will be liable for the full daily rate, Package, Government fees and all other costs.
• In the event of death, illness or injury the client will not lose any of his deposit/ payment when the hunt is rebooked the in same year as he would have hunt.
• There will be a 25% admin fee that will be deducted from the amount that was paid if the client provides proof of a medical certificate or death certificate (direct family members only).

In the event where a client was quoted on a Non Trophy hunt and decide to hunt trophy animals the account must be settled before he/ she leaves the country and will be responsible for the escalation in prices between trophy and trophy prices never the less what he/she were quoted on.

All quotes are only valid for the year they are quote in and an escalation of 15% can be added for the following year. Contact outfitter to find out if this rule apply.
All payments must be made to Inyala Safaris, any payments made to someone else will be seen as a tip for that person and not as a payment.

Liability

Inyala Safaris and his associated company’s carry insurance to cover accidents attributed to negligence and whilst all care and precautions are taken to prevent such accidents it should be noted that any safari activity is potentially hazardous, and it is essential that all lawful direction and advice of the safari operator or professional hunter be followed.  We accept no responsibility for illness, accidents or loss whatsoever incurred in the course of the safari, or for any expenses arising from such illness, accidents or loss. We accept no responsibility for late arrival of weapons or luggage or for any cost incurred to collect such items from the airport or other place. Should transport or charters be required to deliver these items to the client the costs of transportation will be for the client's account. We suggest clients take out the necessary insurance cover for themselves, their guests and property. Inyala Safaris and any of his associated companies will not be held responsible for any delays in charter flights due to bad weather, breakdowns etc. It must be clearly understood that any decision not to fly due to bad weather or any other reason will be the pilot’s decision only
